The eye tastes first
Before the mouth decides, the eyes already have. A counter is a promise: colour announces flavour, freshness and care. That is why we look after how each piece looks as much as how it tastes.
The colours of the season
Fruit rewrites the display every season. In spring the strawberry rules; in summer, red berries and peach; in autumn, chestnut and quince. We force nothing out of season: the most beautiful colour is always that of what is at its peak.
Real colour
Our colour comes from where it should: ripe fruit, cocoa, pistachio, the yolk of a good egg. No artificial dyes. An honest red is the red of a raspberry, not of a bottle.
A counter that invites
Variety is hospitality. A spread of tones — pale creams, deep reds, the shine of glazed fruit — invites you to come closer, to choose, to try something new. Colour is the first temptation; flavour, the reason to return.
